In order to be able to carry out transport operations with a CEMT permit, extra requirements were imposed on these vehicles due to the high demand for these permits.
These were mainly of a technical nature (ABS, air suspension, SuperSafe etc.) which made it more and more complicated to obtain these permits via the Netherlands Vehicle Authority (RDW) in Zoetermeer. This led to major delays.
Workable solutions were found thanks to extensive consultation and coordination.
